Cabbage Casserole

I'm always on the lookout for tasty, gluten free recipes and I've found one that I want to share with you. This is an inexpensive, yummy, filling and satisfying dish that I know you'll enjoy.

1/2 large cabbage
1/2 cup long grain rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb Hamburg (uncooked)
1 lrg can tomatoes with herbs and spices
2 cups tomato juice

Chop cabbage and place half in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt. Add meat, onion and rice. Salt and pepper. Add remaining cabbage. Add tomatoes and juice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. ENJOY!
